Color palette

Once the initial flow is completed, I  started by defining the Fonts and Colors

- Pain points

Loading time is too long to open pages
Lack of creativity in branding
Too much useless information

- Methodology Kanban

I managed this project in an agile and collaborative manner, the Kanban method was used.

A Kanban board was set up in Miro, along with a pre-backlog system, to facilitate the seamless movement of tasks or cards onto the Kanban board.

The backlog also acts as a tool for brainstorming, allowing ideas to be captured directly without the need for physical post-its or other materials. Simply move the accepted brainstorming elements into the backlog to organize and prioritize them.

- Flow Diagram

To outline all the necessary functionnality,  I created a simple flow diagram to main tasks the user can do.

- Dark mode effect

I connected my high-fidelity design  into a clickable prototype in order to test the App with users

- The Power of Backblur in UI

Enhanced Readability: Backblur helps to highlight key information while preserving visual hierarchy.

Modern Aesthetics: This technique gives interfaces a sleek and elegant appearance, often associated with clean and sophisticated designs.

User centered

My UX/UI method for the app was user-centered, focusing on key points to enhance usability and experience. I employed a formal structure for the overall design process, complemented by informal, regular feedback loops with users. This allowed for continuous iteration and refinement based on real user input
